Alex grew up in High Point NC and attended Guilford College where she received a Bachelor degree in Sports Management with a minor in Business Management. Upon graduation she began her career at Duke University playing a notable roll within their Athletic Department. Alex later returned to High Point by joining the HPU Athletic Department in 2018. Alex resides in Winston Salem NC with her husband DJ and two children, Lexi and Bowen.
